For information of our Customer Service policies, please see below. If you have any questions regarding the information on this page, please feel free to contact us.
IPS recognises that your privacy is very important to you and that you have a right to control your personal information. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.
Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of our website features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, providing and improving our services to you, and communicating with you.
Other information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," to track your purchases and when you are logged onto our site. If you have cookies switched off you will not be able to purchase goods or services from this site.
E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from us if your computer supports such capabilities.
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as storage of items in your shopping cart and logging in or out of the website.
The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of our features, and we thus recommend that you leave them turned on.
We will not collect any personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take this seriously. Under no circumstances will your personal information be used for any other purpose than intended. We will not supply or sell these details to any third party whatsoever with the following exceptions.
Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses and assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that we sell our business, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
Protection of our business and others: We may release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction, and supplying of information to Law Enforcement agencies.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts sensitive financial information you input during the ordering process. Our Secure Certificate is supplied by Thawte.
Information you provide (with the exception of credit card details) is kept indefinitely as part of our customer database. You may contact us at any time to have any or all of your information removed from our database, free of any charge. Credit card information is kept for as long as is necessary to process your payment. It is then kept in encrypted format for a further six months (for security purposes) before being erased.
We generally do not sell products or provide services for children, as we require credit card details, cheques or money orders for payment. If you are under 18, you may use our site but we reserve the right not to accept your order if we believe that to sell to you is against the law, you do not have legitimate authority to authorise a purchase, you do not have the means to purchase or pay, that our products may be used inappropriately, or our products could cause harm.
You can always choose not to provide information by not completing web forms and turning your cookies off. However, you will not be able to purchase on this site while cookies are switched off.
Your order will be processed within 2 business days once payment is confirmed we will either package and ship your goods (if an order for physical items) or arrange to provide the purchased services. We check for orders regularly during the day and we are notified as soon as your order is placed.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays are not processed on these days but are generally processed on the next business day.
Where necessary, postage and packing charges are calculated at the checkout stage of the purchase and will be displayed to you before you send your order.
While we make every effort within reason to ensure that this calculation is accurate under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs. Under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or canceling your order.
Orders of physical items are delivered via Australia Post
If for some reason we cannot provide the products or services you have ordered, we will contact you to advise you of this within two business days.
Our e-commerce functionality is provided by GTP-iCommerce. Before PAYMENT information entered on a GTP iCommerce order page is transmitted across the internet, it is first encrypted by an extremely rigorous algorithm called RC4 128 bit (SSL v3.0) which is proven as secure for online shopping and e-commerce.
There are several indicators of a secure web page. The first is the https:// prefix on the URL. If this is present it indicates that the connection is secure and encrypted. The URL is visible in the address bar at the top of your browser.
The second indicator of a secure page depends on your browser. Most modern browsers (including Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox and Netscape) display a small padlock or key in a lower corner of your screen. When this is closed or highlighted, the page is secure.
GTP's digital key, required for secure web page encryption was provided by Thawte. Thawte performs a comprehensive background check on any company before issuing a digital key.
Once sent to us your credit card details are stored in an encrypted format in a password protected area until processed and deleted.
